🌙 After Hours & Weekends

For medically urgent questions outside of office hours, please message us directly via Spruce. We'll do our best to respond promptly.

For non-urgent matters, we're happy to help during regular office hours.

📅 Appointment Policy

Our schedule is built around dedicated, unhurried time for each family.

Out of respect for that time — and for other families — cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a $250 fee.

🏙️ When Dr. Donmez Is Away

If Dr. Donmez is out of town, your care is covered.

We partner with trusted clinics across New York City and will personally guide you on where to receive care — so there's never a gap.

🩺 Insurance & Billing

Please note that all clinical interactions — whether in person, by phone, or by video — are documented in your child's medical chart and submitted to your insurance.

We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your plan's specific requirements, including copays, deductibles, and covered services. Knowing this in advance helps avoid any surprises.

Tip: Ask your insurer about your deductible status, copay amounts for office visits, and whether telehealth visits are covered under your plan.
