Yes. We are in-network with major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. Medical services—such as well visits, sick visits, labs, and vaccines—are billed through insurance.

Membership covers non-covered services such as direct access to your pediatrician, extended visits, remote examinations using our at-home exam device, care coordination with specialists or educators, parent coaching, and ongoing support between appointments.

Yes. Home visits are available for select visits, including newborn care. Home visits are an optional add-on service and are not included in the annual membership fee. Fees vary by location. Please contact us for current pricing and availability.

We provide vaccine guidance grounded in scientific evidence, while also respecting parental autonomy. Our goal is to have thoughtful, informed discussions so families can make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Yes. We offer a complimentary prenatal education session for expecting members to help you feel prepared and confident before your baby arrives. We cover what to expect in the first days of life, newborn feeding and sleep, common newborn behaviors, hospital preparation, and your first pediatric visits, with plenty of time for your individual questions.

Your care and access will not be interrupted when Dr. Donmez is away. She remains available for guidance and virtual care when appropriate. If your child needs an in-person evaluation, we will coordinate care with one of our trusted partner pediatric practices so your child can be seen promptly.

We care for children from newborn through adolescence, with a particular focus on the early years of development.

Yes. We offer prenatal consultations to help you prepare, ask questions, and feel confident going into those early weeks.

Yes. We intentionally limit our practice to 100 patients to provide exceptional access, responsiveness, and highly personalized care.

No. We require a complimentary Meet & Greet before enrollment.
