Membership is $5,000 annually. Monthly payment options are available, and we offer preferred pricing for families enrolling more than one child.

Yes. We are in-network with major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. Medical services—such as well visits, sick visits, labs, and vaccines—are billed through insurance.
